CORPORATE TRAVEL |
A Proven Way to Increase Client Loyalty! |
We've found that nothing creates more of a bond with clients than sharing an unforgettable experience.
And a carefully structured event is ideal to create such an experience. It brings clients together. It gives time to learn and understand needs and aspirations. It gives an opportunity to mix and share ideas and develop long term, trusted relationships... The event can be thrilling, more exotic or relaxing – or all three! If you're into thrills then reading the case study below will show how the team here at Monalto has the experience to make it happen for you.

HELPFUL INFORMATION |
The Dos and Don'ts of Packing!
Once you have decided the travel program for you and your clients – it's time to pack your bags for that all time experience with Monalto Corporate Events.
To make your life even easier here are some helpful packing tips.
|
1. Consider your destination
What is its climate and the purpose of your trip i.e. business or vacation? Then "Mix and Match" - one outfit for a business meeting, one cool outfit for a formal dinner, 2 or 3 pairs of jeans/shorts, several t-shirts/polos in various colors, dress shoes/heels, athletic shoes and of course, flip flops! Always remember to check the forecast to see what type of weather to expect!
2. Put non-essential toiletries in checked in luggage
If you're plan on taking lotions, shampoos and cologne/perfume, these need to go in your checked luggage (unless they are each under 3.4oz. in which case you will need TSA approved zip-lock bags).
3. Carry valuables on board
Remember not to put valuable items (i.e. camera/iPad and laptop) or jewelry into your checked luggage. |
4. Used approved locks
When locking your luggage be sure to use approved TSA locks otherwise your luggage will be unlocked (by any means necessary!). TSA will leave you a nice note letting you know that they have taken a peek inside your case.
5. Short trip? Need to check a bag?
If you can get away without checking a bag, you can reduce time spent in the airport baggage claim areas. Be sure to check the rules for carry-on with your selected airline, as the on board restrictions vary by airline and by country. Bear in mind that most of us over pack by 25%. Think about the last time you travelled – what did you wear and what came back untouched? Remove a quarter of what you pack from your case!
