Dear Fellow Traveler: This month we feature some valuable travel tips, fun facts, an action packed trip to Colorado and a glimpse into a spectacular resort on the Pacific Ocean.

A Proven Way to Increase Client Loyalty!

We've found that nothing creates more of a bond with clients than sharing an unforgettable experience.

And a carefully structured event is ideal to create such an experience. It brings clients together. It gives time to learn and understand needs and aspirations. It gives an opportunity to mix and share ideas and develop long term, trusted relationships... The event can be thrilling, more exotic or relaxing – or all three! If you're into thrills then reading the case study below will show how the team here at Monalto has the experience to make it happen for you.

The Dos and Don'ts of Packing!

Once you have decided the travel program for you and your clients – it's time to pack your bags for that all time experience with Monalto Corporate Events.

To make your life even easier here are some helpful packing tips.

1. Consider your destination
What is its climate and the purpose of your trip i.e. business or vacation? Then "Mix and Match" - one outfit for a business meeting, one cool outfit for a formal dinner, 2 or 3 pairs of jeans/shorts, several t-shirts/polos in various colors, dress shoes/heels, athletic shoes and of course, flip flops!
Always remember to check the forecast to see what type of weather to expect!

2. Put non-essential toiletries in checked in luggage
If you're plan on taking lotions, shampoos and cologne/perfume, these need to go in your checked luggage (unless they are each under 3.4oz. in which case you will need TSA approved zip-lock bags).

3. Carry valuables on board
Remember not to put valuable items (i.e. camera/iPad and laptop) or jewelry into your checked luggage.

4. Used approved locks
When locking your luggage be sure to use approved TSA locks otherwise your luggage will be unlocked (by any means necessary!). TSA will leave you a nice note letting you know that they have taken a peek inside your case.

5. Short trip? Need to check a bag?
If you can get away without checking a bag, you can reduce time spent in the airport baggage claim areas. Be sure to check the rules for carry-on with your selected airline, as the on board restrictions vary by airline and by country. Bear in mind that most of us over pack by 25%. Think about the last time you travelled – what did you wear and what came back untouched? Remove a quarter of what you pack from your case!

Four Seasons Punta Mita

A picturesque fishing village nestled on Mexico's Riviera Nayarit, Punta Mita is an oasis of white-sand beaches and turquoise waters that boasts some of the best snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, surfing and golf in the world. Situated on the northern tip of Bahía de Banderas on the Pacific coast, Four Seasons Punta Mita is an hour from Puerto Vallarta, located on a 1,500-acre nature reserve. Open since 1999, the first luxury resort on the Punta Mita peninsula enchants guests with its sweeping views and pampers them with its famously perfect service. Who wouldn't work hard to earn a trip here?

In the style of chic Mexican beach homes, each guest room at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita offers simple, sumptuous décor and opens to a furnished terrace or balcony, with ocean views or beach front access. High-tech features include plasma-screen televisions, DVD and CD players, computer/fax connections, two-line telephones and high-speed Internet access.

For personal comfort, there are famously restful Four Seasons beds, large closets and an in-room safe. Spacious bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a two-basin vanity, and a WC in a separate alcove. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided.

From bountiful breakfast buffets to modern interpretations of Mexican classics, everything on the restaurant menus is prepared with fresh local ingredients and presented with Punta Mita flair.

With four fantastic restaurants right at your doorstep you are in for a culinary treat. Aramara features the best of fine dining contemporary Asian cuisine. Bahia by Richard Sandoval enjoys a prime spot right on the beach and offers grilled seafood-centric specialties with a relaxed atmosphere and sleek Mexican design. Ketsi is the resort's main restaurant serving modern interpretations of Mexican classics, and Tail of the Whale is a golf clubouse grill - perfect for a post round 19th hole meal!

Within steps of your casita or suite are ample options for fun and enjoyment. Relax in one of the three pools or lazy river. Work out in the state of the art fitness center. Grab some snorkel or scuba gear, a kayak or boogie board, and explore the turquoise ocean. Or, take advantage of the complimentary beach equipment and start a game of volleyball or frisbee. Treasure-hunters will find no shortage of gems in the on-site boutiques.

Enjoy a coastal haven of rest and tranquility in Four Seasons Apuane Spa. An enticing alternative to busier and more commercial Puerto Vallarta-area resort spas, sun-soaked Apuane, Spanish for “healing waters,” is an oasis of serenity.
